Fair Play Natalie Size Guide

These are garment measurements, not body measurements. Fair Play measures the garment itself, laid flat, and reports the full circumference — so these figures are not your own measurements. Fair Play states a tolerance of plus or minus 1 inch, and does not account for the stretch in the fabric. Fair Play publishes this chart in inches; the centimetre values are converted by us. The surest way to size a show coat is to lay one you already own flat and compare.

Natalie shares its chest and sleeve with the Reiko and Nadine tailcoats, but is cut about 2 inches fuller through the hip and roughly half an inch trimmer at the waist.

Where Each Measurement Is Taken

  • A — Chest: at the widest point, under the arms.
  • B — Waist: just above the navel, at the narrowest point.
  • C — Hips: at the widest part, about halfway down the seat.
  • D — Sleeve: from the shoulder seam downwards.
  • F — Centre back: from the base of the collar straight down to the hem.

Measurements are reproduced from Fair Play’s current US size chart for the NATALIE show jacket (Art. 09849). Between two sizes, or chest and hip pointing different ways? Email us and we will help you choose.
