GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are generally shipped via UPS and USPS and, depending on your location, are delivered within 1-8 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact (845)287-0004 or leave a note on your order, and we will contact you with the cost.
In-stock orders placed anytime Sunday through Friday at 2 pm usually ship within 24 hours. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified of the delivery time by email. 


SHIPPING COST
Flat Rate Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $9.00 will be added to orders $99.99 and under.

Free Ground UPS or first class USPS will be offered on shipments within the contiguous U.S. with a purchase value over USD 100.00, except for large items. Orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within the continental US to qualify for free shipping. Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping

Shipping Cost for Large Itemsa flat rate of $15.00 for large items (such as some horse blankets, toys and dog beds) to the continental USA. International orders & orders shipped to to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii have the potential for additional shipping costs. You will be informed at the time of order fulfillment if there is an additional cost.

Expedited Shipping: if you want your order expedited, please email orders@dapperhorse.com, and we will assist you.

Local Delivery: $10 local delivery fee if located within 5 miles from the shop.

Holiday Return Policy

To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’re extending our return window! All gift purchases made through the holiday season can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2025.

Please ensure that items are in their original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Our standard return guidelines apply.


Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Helmets
* Some health and personal care items that have been opened
* Damaged / Used items
* Used bits
* FINAL SALE items

We politely request that if you have tried the item on your horse, please wipe it down before returning it. If the product is not wiped down (with hay, dirt, hair etc. removed, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund).
Returns that are dirty or not in fully re-sellable condition will be charged a discretionary fee, depending on the condition of the product being returned. 
CHEWABLE - NO GUARANTEE - Some mouthpieces are not suitable for horses that chew – no guarantee is offered on wear and tear of these materials:

  • Leather
  • Flexible Tube
  • Bomber Blue
  • Moulded

Include your RMA number, name or order number in the box.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Dapper Horse does not cover the cost of return shipping. You can request a return label for your convenience. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us a request: https://dapperhorse.com/a/return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have purchased from our online store dapperhorse.com, then we will have a proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@dapperhorse.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded.
