Free ground UPS or first class USPS will be offered on shipments within the contiguous U.S. with a purchase value over USD $100.00 except for extra large items. Please ensure that items are in their original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Our standard return guidelines apply.
Standard Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items marked FINAL SALE are eligible for return for store credit only.
Holiday returns must be initiated by January 31st. Items must be unused and include all original tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued, redeemable toward any future purchase at Dapper Horse.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available for Final Sale purchases made during this period.
